Originally from Montreal, Tim has called Kingston home for nearly his whole life. After attending Queen's University, and continuing his formal education in Toronto, Tim returned to Kingston where he has been immersed in the community ever since. Prior to his career in real estate, Tim spent 10 years as a professional air ambulance and charter pilot. During his career, Tim has volunteered extensively in the real estate industry, serving on the Board of Directors of the Kingston Area Real Estate Association (KAREA), where he was President in 2013. He also served on the Real Estate Council of Ontario (RECO) Board of Directors from 2015-2018, where he was vice-chair for two of those years from 2016-2018. Tim currently services as the Chair of the RECO Professional Practices Committee. In addition to being a strong supporter of local businesses, Tim has also served on boards for local charities including the Kingston Youth Shelter and Ryandale Transitional Housing, where he currently chairs the Board of Directors. No matter the circumstances, Tim has always been committed to ensuring his clients receive the highest level of service and delivers with unwavering integrity. When he’s not busy within the real estate realm or with other ventures, Tim loves to make time for golf, cooking, and travel.
Graeme moved to Ontario at a young age and spent many years growing up between overseas locations around Asia and on Amherst Island, where he continues to maintain a cottage. Along with his wife Tracey, Graeme has called the Kingston area home for decades, including 30 years and counting in nearby Camden East. Graeme is a 30+ year entertainment industry executive managing the careers of multi-platinum, Juno Award winning Canadian artists. John and his family have lived and worked in and around the Kingston/Napanee area, both in town and in the country, for nearly 30 years. Having served 23 years as a Naval Officer in the Canadian Armed Forces and 19 years as a Teacher and School Administrator in public education, John understands real estate needs from a range of perspectives in both urban and rural settings. While Serving in the Royal Canadian Navy, John lived and worked on both coasts as well as points in between and overseas. So, John has lots of experience moving and understands the stresses it puts on families and individuals. Even more important, John knows about the importance of planning and sequencing events. As a Naval Officer, John traveled the world and planned Canadian participation in national and international operations from the United States to the Persian Gulf. Born and raised in Kingston, Krista is an enthusiastic member of the community and offers in-depth knowledge of the local real estate market. She is well-versed in knowledge of area schools, services, cultural and recreational activities, and takes pride in showcasing the best of what the Limestone City has to offer. An athlete by nature, Krista has been a member of the Kingston Rowing Club for over 25 years and has competed and placed in many national and international competitions. Notably, Krista won a gold medal at the 2015 World Police and Fire Games, a biennial athletic event, open to active and retired law enforcement and fire service personnel throughout the world. Prior to earning her real estate licence, Krista completed her academic career at the University of Western Ontario and her Bachelor of Education at the University of Calgary. After teaching high school in Calgary and Kingston, Krista decided to join the Kingston Police Force, as a Constable, where she worked serving the community and patrolling the streets for ten years. Originally from Sault Ste. Marie, Jarrett first moved to Kingston as a teenager to join one of Canada's top Junior A Programs, the Kingston Voyageurs. After living in several cities throughout his hockey career, Jarrett settled in the area with his wife Ellen, who grew up in the Lennox and Addington region. Known for infusing teams with passion and camaraderie, Jarrett now sees his clients as teammates, striving for nothing less than the best for them. Jarrett’s unwavering ambition has been a constant throughout his life, and he’s eager to apply the same dedication to his business that propelled him through a lengthy hockey career. He spent four years with the Clarkson University Golden Knights, followed by an eight-year stint in professional hockey, including time with the Pittsburgh Penguins, Buffalo Sabres, and Minnesota Wild organizations.
